Welcome to Learn with Lane ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at https://learnwithlane.com, booking tutoring sessions, downloading digital printables, or using our connected educational tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Tutoring Services & Scheduling
Learn with Lane provides independent online English as a Second Language (ESL) lessons and online homeschool classes. All tutoring appointments must be scheduled by an adult parent, legal guardian, or authorized educator. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations or rescheduling requests.
2. Digital Products & Printable Licenses
Digital download purchases (including workbooks, morning menus, reading intervention sheets, and lesson packs) grant you a personal, single-family or single-classroom non-exclusive license. You may print copies for your own household students or immediate classroom learners. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or upload our digital files to public sharing networks.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, lesson frameworks, original clipart, logos, and materials published by Learn with Lane are the exclusive intellectual property of David Lane and Learn with Lane, protected by United States and international copyright laws.
4. Disclaimer & Educational Outcomes
While our instructional methods are grounded in evidence-based phonics and two decades of classroom leadership, educational outcomes depend on student consistency, practice, and individual learning profiles. We provide expert educational guidance but make no guarantee of specific standardized test score increases.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
